To ensure a comfortable stay, ask for a room with a working elevator if mobility is a concern.

Elevator experiences could lead to inconvenience!!! Make sure to have proper coffee amenities in the lobby or room!!! Noting a lack of sufficient trash containers on upper floors could improve the overall experience!!!

Staying with 7 kids was a breeze here! We loved being close to the local water adventures, which kept everyone entertained. The spacious room made bonding time easy, and the nearby golf courses were a great hit for family fun.
My wife says that more family-friendly activities would enhance our stay.

I truly appreciated the clean rooms and the convenience of having a kitchenette, which made it easy for me to prepare light meals. The staff were attentive, ensuring I felt welcomed during my stay at Woodspring Suites.
An elevator upgrade would be beneficial for seniors.

missingWrote a review on Jun 03cleanliness issuelimited amenitiesroach infestationmisleading room descriptionpoor security
Encountered severe cleanliness issues, including a notable roach problem in the room. The room claimed to have two queen beds but was actually set up with a pullout couch, which was misleading. The facilities felt more like a housing project with an unsettling atmosphere and very limited security. Wi-Fi was spotty at best, and lack of basic amenities made the stay frustrating.

No room? No problem!
Had a reservation but when I got there, they said they had no room for me. What a bummer! The staff was chill, but the whole situation felt off. I did notice a small coffee station in the lobby, which was nice. Just wish they'd kept their commitments better.

missingWrote a review on Mar 13roach infestationmisleading bed
The room felt more like a housing facility than a hotel. I was shocked to find roaches on the walls and floor, which was a big no for me. Also, the room was listed as having two queen beds, but one was just a pullout couch—totally misleading. It just didn’t match the description at all.
